Bus
There is a direct bus service from Narita Airport and Haneda Airport (as well as from Shinjuku station and Tokyo station) to Hakuba, which takes about 6 hours. We offer free pick up from Happo Bus terminal in Hakuba.

Train
Take Limited Express train on Chuo Line (Super Azusa) from Shinjuku to Hakuba station (about 4 hours), which run a couple times a day. We offer free pick up from Hakuba station.

Bullet Train + Bus
Bullet train (shinkansen) is the fastest transportation to Nagano and runs frequently throughout the day. Hakuba is located in the mountains, so you have to take a local bus from Nagano station. From Tokyo station, take Hokuriku Shinkansen to Nagano station. Take local bus to Happo terminal (about 60 min).

We offer free shuttle service from Happo bus terminal and Hakuba train station, but if times do not match, there are also plenty of taxis in front of each (a short 5 min ride).
