We try to use as much Nagano-grown luscious vegetables, rice, wild edible plants, fruits, and fish found in the plentiful rivers in the mountains. Nagano also has its own “Shinshu” branded beef and pork, which is a definite must-try if you are a meat-lover. During the winter months, we also offer a variety of a la carte menu, including tempura, sashimi, and udon to name a few!
We welcome all guests including ones not staying at our hotel to come have some of your favorite Japanese dishes.
