Hatha Yoga (75min.)
In this class, you deepen each pose one by one, which helps you to understand your body and sharpen your senses. Breath work and light meditation are also included. This class is for all everyone: beginner to advanced, young and old, male and female.
Slow Hatha Yoga (75min.)
The poses are held for longer, and the transition into the next pose is also slower than the Hatha Yoga class. By holding each pose for a long time, we can target muscles and tissues deep inside. It’s great for maintenance and those who have a stiff muscles from skiing or snowboarding. The poses are held with the breath, so this class will also help deepen your breath. Open to all levels, but good for beginners and those who want to concentrate on each pose.
Classical Hatha Yoga (75min.)
This Classical Hatha Yoga class follows an Indian styles of yoga. The teacher uses a resonator or the singing bowl along with each pose. Enjoy the soft sound that will resonate deep inside your body. Open to all levels, but good for beginners and those who want to concentrate on each pose.
Gentle Flow Yoga (75min.)
In Gentle Flow Yoga, students will move slowly and mindfully into each pose of the Swara cycle. It is like a moving meditation to have awareness and emphasis on the breath as a means to achieve self-realization. Open to all levels.
Vinyasa Flow (75min.)
This class links breath with body movement. It is vigorous and energetic; recharging your energy and letting you feel refreshed! Practitioners of all levels and ability can enjoy it. Open to all levels.
Candlelight Yoga (75min.)
This is class will be performed in a darkened studio with candle lights. It is a slow flowing class in a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Open to all levels.
Yin-Yang Yoga (75min.)
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga, Yin and Yang, into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passively holding poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.
Restorative Yoga (75min.)
A deeply healing and relaxing experience that focuses on rejuvenation and renewal. The poses are held on the floor for a long time with the help of props such as bolsters, blocks and straps, so that the body can completely let go.
Yoga Nidra (75min.)
Known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique, in which you learn to relax consciously on a physical, mental and spiritual level. The class will start with some gentle yoga asana and have a longer savasana.
Yin yoga (75min.)
This style of yoga focuses on exercising the deep connective tissues of the physical body while also seeking to release blockages in the energetic body. All poses are done on the floor and held for 2-10 minutes each.
Starting with warming up your body, we focus on stretching our body for flexibility, and to release the tension from your body and mind. This class is great after work or exercise. After taking this class, the next day you can wake up with smile!
Vinyasa Flow Light（75min.）
A lighter less vigorous vinyasa flow class described above.
This class is for children aged 2 to 6 and their parents. Using the imagination, we become animals, vehicles… and enjoy various yoga poses. This class will deepen your parent-child relationship and lead to better communication.
Starts with a short introduction about Yoga of how it works on your body and mind, then we try out each posture. This class is for beginners, but also for those who want to check their posture and relearn the basic ideas of Yoga.
Yoga for Stiff Shoulders（75min.）
The class will focus on releasing tension in your shoulders, but will also increase circulation of the entire body and mind. This class is especially good for those who work at a desk, use computers or smartphones for a long time, or generally tense their shoulders when concentrating.
This ia a gentle version of vinyasa flow class, which links breath with body movement. It leads the blood and lymph to flow fluidly throughout the whole body. It is a great way to relax your mind and body in order to finish your day without fatigue.
Power Yoga （75min.）
Power yoga is great for a strength training. It combines yogic breathing technique and quick movement between yoga poses. It definitely gets your entire body into gear!
Aromatherapy is said to have beneficial effects on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Specific benefits differ depending on the fragrance/essential oil. Instructor will select the aroma used for each yoga class. Feel soothed and refreshed.
A fun, playful yoga class using the Rody horse. It helps develop movement skills, balance, and coordination. For children 3 years+
